Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ConvRadar ("the Service"), available at https://convradar.com and through our remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector inside Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI), operated by Ivan Pika, Sole Proprietor, registered in Georgia. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

ConvRadar is an independent service. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third party. ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, MCP, Google, GA4 and other product or company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe interoperability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ConvRadar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ConvRadar is a GA4 analytics audit tool. The Service connects to your Google Analytics 4 property via Google OAuth (read-only access), fetches your aggregated analytics data, runs automated audits, and provides findings, diagnoses, and actionable recommendations. The Service does not modify or write any data to your GA4 property.

When the Service is invoked through Claude or ChatGPT as an MCP connector, ConvRadar receives only the specific tool arguments the assistant sends to fulfil your request. ConvRadar does not access, store, transmit, or learn from the content of your conversations with ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI assistant, and does not access Claude memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or files you upload to those products.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Google Analytics Access

  • By connecting your GA4 property, you authorize ConvRadar to access your GA4 data in read-only mode for the purpose of running audits.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant access to the GA4 properties you connect.
  • You may revoke ConvRadar's access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service except through the interfaces we provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and branding of ConvRadar — including the audit methodology, user interface, and reports — are owned by Ivan Pika and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of your GA4 data. By using the Service, you grant ConvRadar a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ConvRadar does not warrant that audit findings are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Audit recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional consulting advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONVRADAR AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ConvRadar in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time via our Contacts page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
